Sometimes, not feeling all happy dappy or focused is OK, too. Sometimes just knowing you can feel better - there is a better feeling out there somewhere is all right. Don't sweat it if you can't get to it right now... Knowing it's there is just fine. When you're ready it will come!
Don't focus and what you're not doing right. Just focus on where ever you are right now!

Being the "Judgerer"!
Don't. It's that simple.
The AHA moment finally sunk in... I try not to judge others because I really don't know their story. I don't know what makes people, react, think, or act the way they do. I know my own story and even then, I found I was often times confused about why I responded the way I did or why my impulses were occasionally not the way I would have wanted them to be. It took work and effort to change some of my patterns of behavior...
Now, I find there is residual effect from how I thought and I've kept on judging myself about it. I kept my past in the present and judged myself as not "being good", not being the best I could be. Well, that might have been true, but that was in my past. Right now, this minute us the only one I've got, the past doesn't matter.
So, if I'm not keeping with my old patterns, then my old patterns of thought are irrelevant too. Therefore, I can not judge myself today, from that which I did yesterday. Let it go. Don't question, don't judge, and don't beat myself up for that which I did not know!
YEAH!! let it go, let it be!
Thank you for all that has gotten me to this place of freedom!!

It's not me- it you!
Sometimes its difficult to do for ourselves. Maybe it's hard to see how we can achieve the desired results we want. Perhaps w don't know what to do to get out of the mess we are in... So, STOP trying to find the solutions for ourselves. DO for others... Find something to do. Plenty of people need some kind of help. Just DO something. Even f it's walking someone elses dog, doing someone elses laundry, running to the grocery store for someone in need, or giving a dollar to a homeless person. DO something.
The key word here is "DO". You are taking action of some kind. By taking action you're moving energy, by moving energy, you're shifting your own outcome. By taking action you give yourself a moment to not think of yourself or your own problems. By doing so, it creates space that allows for the solution to become apparent to you. If we keep thinking about our own stuff, there's no room in our head for the solution to sneak in there. Let the answer find its way in! Create the space that's needed!
When we are caught up in our troubles or drama, it's difficult sometimes to stop thinking about the problem. But we need too. We can not obsess over the "what if's" scenario we create in our minds. Create space for yourself and DO for someone else. Not only will you realize there are others that have problems you don't. After all you wouldn't be doing the "something" that someone else needs or they would be doing it. There you go. Already, you have capabilities that the other person doesn't. It doesn't need to be extraordinary. Just do something and begin to see, if even for a brief moment, you will feel better about yourself... it's one moment that you do feel good. Sometimes, that's all we can do. Take one moment at a time. See, things are looking better already!
